I want a horse
Tomorrow Bobbie will cycle to school for the first time. At least it depends on mum and dad. “What do you want, Bobbie?” Dad asks. “I don’t want a bike.” Bobbie has given it a lot of thought. “I want a horse.” So if it does turn out to be a bike, Bobbie has no choice but to trade … The bike becomes a moped, the moped a car, the car a sailboat and the sailboat a helicopter. But Bobbie really knows for sure: “I want a horse!” Could she trade one more time …?
A cheerful and crazy picture book about wanting something very much and exchanging endlessly. Written by Gideon Samson
